provisoire nomm\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Etat<\/strong><\/span> a fait <strong>bloquer d\u00e8s 2020 les comptes du CASFC<\/strong>, afin d&rsquo;<strong>interdire au Conseil d&rsquo;Administration de disposer des fonds<\/strong> lui permettant notamment de se d\u00e9fendre en justice.<\/p><p><strong>La Caisse d&rsquo;Epargne a ainsi refus\u00e9 pendant plusieurs mois \u00e0 une association l\u00e9galement constitu\u00e9e, d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ses avoirs<\/strong> et de g\u00e9rer ses comptes bancaires, sur ordre.<\/p><p>Par ordonnance du 16 juin 2021, le juge a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que le fait dans ces conditions de refuser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux comptes bancaires aux responsables de l\u2019association CASFC constitue <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>un trouble manifestement illicite<\/strong><\/span> qu\u2019il convient de faire cesser.<\/p><p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 la Caisse d\u2019Epargne de r\u00e9tablir au profit des membres de l\u2019association CASFC l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux fonds<\/strong>, de fournir \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019association CASFC l\u2019ensemble<br \/>des relev\u00e9s comptes et documents bancaires relatifs \u00e0 toutes les op\u00e9rations pass\u00e9es pour son compte depuis le mois de juillet 2020.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
