La loi pr\u00e9voit un droit \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement pour tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du RSA et le rend obligatoire pour ceux qui sont dans le champ des \u00ab droits et devoirs \u00bb. Ces derniers sont tenus \u00ab de rechercher un emploi, d\u2019entreprendre les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de leur propre activit\u00e9, ou d\u2019entreprendre les actions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une meilleure insertion sociale ou professionnelle Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 sur des probl\u00e8mes sociaux, nous avons pu travailler sur la recherche d\u2019emploi et ce monsieur est d\u00e9sormais en CDI dans un domaine qui lui plait.<\/p>\n<p>Un b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire souhaitait travailler dans une entreprise d\u2019insertion. Apr\u00e8s avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 un CV et son espace sur la plateforme inclusion, Monsieur est d\u00e9sormais en contrat d\u2019insertion.<\/p>\n<p>Une b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire avait le d\u00e9sire de changer de d\u00e9partement avec ses enfants, afin d\u2019avoir plus d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s dans la recherche d\u2019emploi. Elle a donc fait les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires en lien avec la r\u00e9f\u00e9rente du CASFC et est aujourd\u2019hui en CDI dans un d\u00e9partement voisin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
